Güzelyurt’s carved stone façades and traditional homes, partly cut into rock, are a wonderful introduction to Cappadocian architecture. After exploring the historic centre, continue to Monastery Valley and the area around the High Church. A leisurely stroll through the streets is one of the best ways to discover traces of the region’s different eras.
