Contact and booking forms
The contact form asks for your name, email, subject and message; booking requests ask for your name, phone number and details of the service requested. Forms are sent to the hotel’s existing contact and booking system so your request can be reviewed.
Online booking
When you search for availability, your chosen dates, adult count, children’s ages if applicable, language and currency are sent to Nenessa Hotel’s Rezervasyonal / Elektraweb page. If you add children, you are asked to specify each child’s age. Further data collection, payment and transaction terms are provided in that system.
Security verification and maps
Choosing to load form security verification connects to Google reCAPTCHA. The map on the contact page is provided by Google Maps; loading it connects your browser to Google services. The relevant provider’s privacy notices apply when using these services.
